About Tales of Eternia Remastered Guide

Tales of Eternia Remastered Guide is an unofficial English resource for the 2026 remaster. It exists because the English-language information around the original game is scattered across decades-old forum posts, and because the remaster changes several things — the script, the dub, the skits and the difficulty options — that older guides cannot answer.

What this site covers

  • The game's systems, explained for a player rather than a collector: the battle plane, the Craymel Cage, Melnics, equipment, cooking.
  • The route, in play order, spoiler-light, with the story's gates described rather than its twists.
  • The numbers, taken from the game's own monster and item records, including boss HP, weaknesses and drops.
  • The release itself, which is where most of the confusion is: two dates on two storefronts, six platforms and two editions.

Where facts come from

Everything on the site comes from one of four places: the publisher's own product pages and announcements, the game's store listings, the records the game itself keeps in its menus, and the long-running community documentation of the original release. Where a number is specific — boss HP, experience values, drop tables — it is a figure the game displays, not an estimate.

Claims that could not be checked are left out rather than hedged. If a page does not mention something, that is usually because it is not knowable from a source worth citing.

Imagery

Screenshots and stills on this site are official promotional material: store screenshots and frames from the publisher's own announcement, launch and opening-movie videos, used for reference with attribution. The site is not affiliated with the publisher or the developer, and the trademarks belong to their owners.

Corrections

If a number is wrong or a mechanic is described in a way that does not match what the game does, the contact page is the way to report it. Corrections that come with a screenshot or a location get fixed fastest.
